More abandonment.

On my way to Birmingham I stopped off at a variety of empty/ boarded up/ abandoned buildings. There are far more of them than I realised.

I specifically thought this building was amazing, it was huge, with beautiful architectural features that were somehow made even better by the fact that half of it was gone:

I love the images, and I am definitely going to use them within my work, especially because this building has historical references: the beautiful doorway stating 'offices' and '1899' and the other very plain doorway at the opposite end of the building stating 'work people and goods entrance'. I can almost imagine the very different people using the different doorways, it brings the building to life.
